Been making a few custom icons for personal use and I decided to post them up on Deviant Art!
If you're interested in making your own icons and you have Photoshop you can download a plugin that lets you save images as .ico (Windows icon format) here: http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/product/ICOFormat
Remember that in order to save as a .ico your file must be no larger that 256X256, which is the maximum size for icons.
